The Voice open auditions will kick start this weekend, January 14, 2017with Nashville, Music City Center (5th Avenue entrance) 201 5th Avenue S., Nashville, TN 37203.
So, if you have what it takes to be at Nashville, do not hesitate to audition.
After open call auditions, participants should take note of the next stage which is The Voice Callback auditions.
The Voice Callback auditions comes up after the open call auditions and those to be called back are participants selected at the open auditions.
Below are The Voice Callback auditions guidelines as obtained from NBC’S official site.
The Voice Callback Auditions Guidelines
According to the official site this is “ONLY if you get a Red Card at the Open Call”. See the guidelines below:
“You may be asked to a callback. If you are selected, you will be scheduled a time & date to return. Here are the guidelines for the callback audition.
“NOTE: This is ONLY for artists that audition at the open call and are given a callback.
“You must prepare three (3) current/popular songs for the callback. You may be asked to perform a song of the producer’s choice.
“NO original music.
“You may sing to a backing track, play an instrument, have one (1) person accompany you. A cappella is NOT allowed at the CALLBACKS; you must have accompaniment.
”If you play an instrument while you sing, you must perform at least one (1) song without”.
Also, note that Voice coaches will NOT be at the callback auditions.
The Voice ‘Beat The Crowd’
This segment was introduced in the last season of The Voice and NBC has announced that they are bringing it back this season.
They stated “Do you plan on attending one of our Open Call Auditions? Do you want to Beat the Crowd and not wait in long lines?
“Send us a clip singing your audition song! We’ll select some of our favorite artists
